Overview

ESB is announcing the development of a new renewable energy project, Bullstown Solar Farm, located to the south-east of Ashbourne, Co. Meath. It will be developed by Bullstown Solar Limited, and construction will begin in Autumn 2023. The project has received full planning permission to generate 8.42MW of clean electricity that will have enough capacity to power over 2,000 homes.

As part of this project, we are committed to engaging closely with the local communities surrounding the site to ensure the successful delivery of Bullstown Solar Farm by 2024.
